Ameya completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science. During this time, he developed novel proresolution carriers for the treatment of Osteoarthritis. He has also been involved in collaborative projects that focused on efficient antibiotic dosing strategies for the treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infections. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher at the Parker H. Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences (C/o Prof. Ankur Singh & Prof. Andres Garcia).
Apart from science, he likes to run, swim, and ponder over paradoxes. He is always fascinated to learn new things and try adventurous avenues. If you have an idea you'd like to discuss, feel free to contact him!
